We are now offering Virtual Therapy

We are continuing to meet the needs of our community while following the social distancing recommendations currently being made by health authorities. To do so, we have switched to virtual therapy options. We have implemented an encrypted video system (PhysiApp) to allow us to conduct all assessment/treatment sessions remotely. Phone sessions can also be arranged. We are currently accepting new clients.

Our clinic provides psychological services for people experiencing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety and depression. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), is a psychological treatment that has been scientifically proven to treat a wide variety of psychological concerns. CBT focuses on the ways in which our thoughts and actions can contribute to psychological problems, and is designed to teach you practical strategies for challenging problematic patterns that could be keeping you stuck.
