We are excited to offer a CBT for Insomnia Course for anyone who is interested in learning evidence-based strategies for managing chronic sleep problems. CBT is considered the first-line treatment for insomnia (superior to medication). The next insomnia course will begin in mid-September and will run for 6 weeks.
