Kelsey MacDonald, M.A., R.P.
Kelsey MacDonald is a Registered Psychotherapist who completed her B.A. in Honours Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo and her M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Western University. She has previously provided psychotherapy in post-secondary settings, including Fanshawe College, Conestoga College, the University of Waterloo, and Wilfrid Laurier University. She has also worked in several private practice settings where she conducted assessments and provided individual psychotherapy to individuals struggling with a wide variety of presenting concerns. Kelsey provides consultation, assessment, and cognitive behavioural therapy to adolescents and adults, and has a particular interest in treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and related difficulties. Kelsey takes a collaborative approach when working with clients in order to address goals and develop a treatment plan. She understands that meeting with a therapist can be intimidating, and she aims to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients.
