

Emma is a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Masters of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University and completed her clinical training at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.
Emma provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as excessive worry, specific fears or phobias, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, depression, perfectionism and difficulties with assertiveness. Emma creates a warm and supportive therapy environment and fosters trusting, nonjudgemental relationships with clients. She works collaboratively with clients to help them reach their goals. She provides evidence-based treatments to help clients learn skills, tools and strategies to make meaningful changes in their lives. Emma offers evening appointments Tuesday through Thursday and daytime appointments on Saturdays.
We offer in-person therapy in Waterloo and secure online sessions for clients across Ontario.
